A native of Venezuela, Chef John Borras was inspired to become a chef at a young age. He in an alum of Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and spent time in Italy and Spain for culinary training. He has worked with some of the most renowned chefs in the world. Chef Borras has extensive experience as a corporate chef and executive chef within the hospitality industry. Bringing innovation, he creates the ultimate guest experience unlike any other.
